Creating the conditions where positive changes in behaviour can flourish the introduction of coaching as a dominant style of managing and leading has been shown to be the most effective and sustainable approach to effecting change and promoting a supportive healthy working environment.
A mindset shift away from historical ways of thinking and behaving towards being proactive and interdependent is important in any culture change.
To do this we need to adopt and embrace a different style of communication that will create a different kind of conversation. Good conversations and great dialogue open up a workplace creating relationships that possess a dynamism and energy that is so contagious.
This is in turn will promote and facilitate the growth of a coaching and learning culture and the process of continuous renewal and improvement is born.
