Reservations and course bookings can normally be accepted up to the scheduled course start date subject to availability and confirmation by SneddonClark. Once a reservation has been booked by a client and accepted by SneddonClark written confirmation of the booking will be issued to the client along with details of the course and an invoice. Delegates with confirmed bookings will receive pre-course joining instruction no later than 2 weeks prior to their course commencement.
All course fees are inclusive of course material, any accreditation, certification and examination fees and refreshments. VAT will be applied where applicable at the rate prevailing at date of invoice. Invoices are due for payment 14 calendar days from date of invoice by BACS or cheque payable to ‘SneddonClark’ or 'Morkanto Ltd'. All fees must be paid prior to participation in any booked course. In the event of late payment SneddonClark reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 5% above Bank of England base rate from the due date of payment until the date of receipt.
SneddonClark will seek to accommodate any requested delegate substitution wherever possible providing the substitute delegate meets the course requirements. There will be an administration charge of £50 for each delegate substitution. Where pre-course material has been issued it is the responsibility of the original client, or client’s organisation, to forward such materials to the new delegate. Where SneddonClark is required to issue additional course material this will be charged at the appropriate cost.
Recognising the challenges and changing priorities of clients and client organisations SneddonClark understand that on occasions it may be necessary for clients to make changes to a prior confirmed course booking. Wherever possible SneddonClark will work positively to meet client’s changed circumstances.
While working positively with a client in such a situation SneddonClark will apply supplementary charges depending upon the proximity of the changed circumstance to the planned commencement of the course, coaching intervention or consultancy assignment.
Once written confirmation of the booking, appointment or assignment has been issued any further changes at the client’s request will be required in writing or email and be subject to SneddonClark Cancellation and ‘Move On’ terms as described in the table below:- *

Any second ‘Move On Request’ for that delegate booking will be considered as a cancellation and the appropriate time based cancellation fee will be applicable.
SneddonClark reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses without notice. In the event of a booked training course not taking place after acceptance of a client booking SneddonClark will make every effort to reschedule the course.
